No tracking number available

    Hi! I have purchased a motor about a week ago and in MyDX it says that the package has been already completely sent on February 21st, last friday. But I have not recieved any e-mail notifying this and there is no tracking number available. Could there be any problem? Or is it just due to the Chinese New Year?

    Yes, it's a bug DX STILL HASN'T FIXED YET AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS that there are no more e-mails being sent anymore to state that your order got shipped. Go to your order details and check the shipments tab (order tracking - payments - shipments)

    The package does appear in the shipments tab, but there isn't any tracking number :S

    And it was elligible for a tracking number?
    It was above 15$ and standard shipping(not supersaver)?
    Or below 15$ and you paid an additonal fee of 1,70$(and ofcourse it was standard shipping and not supersaver)?
    supersaver = no tracking

    Problen solved hahaha It costed 12$, I didn't know that under 15$ you don't get a tracking number.

    Okay, as it was a motor I expected it to be 15$+, but there are some cheaper ones too. You'll get it, albeit a tad slower than tracked orders.

    Thanks for handling my lost package(after 2+ months) and creating a new order, which got shipped today…but as you might've figured… no e-mail… when is the IT-department going to get off their lazy butts and fix this?

    IT department have ever informed that they had fixed this issue well.
    Besides,this year our live chat have never met this problem from customers.
    I think only some of our customers cannot receive the notification email.
    I will forward it to IT guys again.
    I'll have my maternity leave from next week(my baby will be born in a mo
    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.
