is it normal 4 months waiting for a package ?

    order is this one: Order #: 131015001042606550

    So after 4 months delay, I asked the money back. They say ok. we'll give you the money back in 7 working days. after 2 weeks, I wrote them, what's the problem

    dx said they checked and the package is still in transit ? are you kidding me

    anyone knows who I must address to get the money back? because I can't file a complaint on paypal because a lot of time passed. Is there something like police in china that can handle this things ?

    ChelseaTom became part of CSE? Isn't she from the Product department?

    Agreed that a (final!) solution must be provided to the customer, within 24 hours, he has waited long enough, and I know how terrible DX is at postphoning even though they fully know a package is lost.

    I see Chelsea edited her message, which is good, but dissapointing one gets a response at first it's not possible to refund(while it was), contradicting what her colleague said before(correct information), but it happened in the same time span, so Chelsea didn't know Vicky was responding too.
    But then again, when Chelsea edited her message, @ moodllll was not properly informed about the edit and might just have read his e-mail statements and have been waiting for ages for Sophie to contact him, which is now not going to happen…(because it's already resolved, or at least in a couple of days)
    But nonetheless, working at CSE and not knowing(at first) that it is indeed possible to refund after 90 days is a darn shame.

    And ofcourse, waiting for those 90 days to pass is to blame at DX, not the customer.

    Yeah, but sometimes you have no choice but to PM lots of DX staff in the hope that one of them actually responds :/

    I think next time I have a problem, I'll just save a list of every single staff member(including upper staff) and just PM everyone at once, just until they learn not to ignore the customers :(

    But then again, this'll lead to confusion like happened here when both Vicky and Chelsea posted in the same timeframe and gave contradicting information. Why does DX put someone in charge of the forum if they don't have the approriate experience about how DX works?
