    Hi everyone, recently some new affiliates give me an advice: the ticket entrance is too complicated for new affiliates to find the place to apply cash back.
    So I ask our IT staff to add an entrance in affiliate page, and probably in "my account" page as well.

    Zirantest, I know you explained the staff see the correct words, but when I look at a pending Cash Back ticket I still see
    "Recent OrderNumber :" instead of "Paypal Account:", and
    "Recent ShipingAddress :" instead of "Affiliate Points to Cash Back:" (or something similar).

    The CS staff will only ask you to reply them when your cash back process is done.
    Please send me your ticket number, I need to contact the CS department to recheck that. THX.

    Ticket number 7463B50B3FE947BD96584F22DD394B0B. It's taking a while but it's not a CS matter I'm enquiring about. It's the field headings displayed - "Recent OrderNumber :" and "Recent ShipingAddress :".

    This last remaining issue with the ticket field names has been fixed, so my strike is over. Full credit to Zirantest for amazing communication throughout, and for making a much-needed change that works.
