DX didn't refunded my money

    I have cancelled an order and til now I haven't received the money I paid.
    I've send to DX many messages and always the same response: we have refunded your money............

    I thought this web site is credible but I think I'm changing my mind......

    Friend had a refund from dx and it was stuck at his bank .
    Ask dx for transaction ID and with it go and check in your bank

    Hi,the order has been cancelled and fully refunded on 4/17/2014 10:36:46 PM,please check your ticket DAE6C70C59B8476DA8F6209097C50A11,the cs staff lisa_li has sent the screenshot about the refund to you.
    It usually needs 1 to 7 working days for your bank or credit establishment to process the refund.Please kindly note that you are encouraged to contact the card issuing bank to find out if the credit refund has been affected.
