Thread Closed Regarding the MVP products that over charged.

    Dear customer,

    We feel terribly sorry that some of you were inadvertently charged full price for MVP products that were listed at $0.01 only. This mistake is obviously our fault.

    This problem was caused by the lack of a notice when the coupon code was applied that should have indicated that all available codes had already been used. Every MVP coupon is available to use only five times, so those that applied the coupon after the first available five, should have been notified on-screen and had the actual full price displayed. Had our system worked properly, users would have then had the chance to choose whether to complete the purchase at full price or to decline.

    Our solution is as follows:
    1. You can contact our customer service and ask for order refund
    2. DX offers an extra $2 gift card for every order with this problem
    3. If you wish to keep the product for full price, contact Customer Service

    DX will send all of you an email. If you have specific questions regarding your order please contact Customer Service.

    We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience.

    what about those orders that were not made due to server error? when code applied, but payment was not made. will those users get $2 as a compensation?

    Please carefully note that 24 hour shipping does not apply the following conditions:
    1. Orders partially paid;
    2. Orders that customers don't want to detach;
    3. Orders regarded as payment proccess orders;
    4. Orders mannualy added a MVProduct by a customer service.

    Well, this is the only time that they marked the order as shipped within such a short time, so now there is no option to cancel the order showing up in my account.
