    Maybe it is because shipping times become surrealistic thanks to pain in the *** Italian customs officials and their bureaucratic procedures....

    Shipments are not from EU. They're still from China. It's just a faster shipping system.
    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.

    Thanks for supporting EU Direct.
    EU Direct covered 24 European countries now.
    But we will be further optimized the website. More and more European countries will be join in EU Direct in near future. We are testing other European countries.
    Then we might set up EU oversea warehouse in the future.
    Please look it for it.

    If you can add Norway too it would be great. I ordered several products, but when I went to the shopping cart I could not specify the address; as Italy and Norway is not added to the (ship to) pull-down menu yet.

    I hope it is updated quickly enough that we can participate in the opening of the shop.

    Thanks for your support for EU DIRECT.
    We would do it as soon as possible.

    The shipping time of Norway is longer than other countries by Post NL.
    In later stage, we will find other shipping methods. After test successfully, it would add into EU DIRECT soon.

    If you want to check the shipping by sending parcels too me it will be quite OK. I understand and accept that the shipping time will be longer and unpredictable, being an important part of such a test.

    I may pay for the order that I'm unable to specify the address for now and then you change the address afterwords, or we might do it some other way if you prefer.
