Delivery missing

    in 1914 I placed 3 orders, one has been deliverd to my adress ion Germany two have returned to DX.
    One of those have been reshied after I payed additional shipping cost and I received that shipment.
    I canceled the other Order - the mony returned minuc shiping cost to paypal -
    If I don´t know why those deliveries were not delivered I will not order anymore from DX.

    The years before I have not had any problems.

    The Order 131213001045299573 was not delivered,
    after delivery request DX told me I should still wait longer. Finally it was returned to DX and again shiped s. 140221001013882551 SKU 57007 after I payed additional 6 USD shiping cost.

    The same was with Order 140216001071645424 SKU 241738, I have refrained from a new delivery and returned my mony minus 4 USD shipping cost.

    Your prompt to wait longer for the delivery, caused the payback period to expire at paypal.

    After check you order#131213001045299573 was returned for unexpected reason from your country. The order#140221001013882551 also returned from your country. Usually packages returned because of the customs and post office and the local office and address. So before placing a order, customers may confirm the address, and check your local law and see if the products that you bought from us are not allowed to be imported. If the package returned from the destination, we will deduct the shipping fee. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    I often ordered at DX and my Adress did not change, so there can´t be the problem.

    What do you mean wenh you wrote me :

    It seems that you did not submit the ticket via our customer service system, I just checked your order history and noticed that one of your order#140422001046205399 was shipped on 4/25/2014 by ChinaPost, it was still in transit. Please wait for afew days.
