eud.dx.com status impossible to know

    I cannot know the status of my order on eu.dx. still the same message appears. (Please click Refresh after payment to update the status. Sometimes you need wait for a while because of the network latency.) There is no need of refreshed the page because nothing does change.
    How know the status of my order?

    And when you receive the tracking number you have to wait 5-10 days before you can actually track it. Or at least that was what DX support told me.... What is your experience?
