    If the print on the peltier is correct:
    this is a 65W 15V 6,4A peltier element with a water cooler

    A nice calculator for peltiers:

    read the instructions, because it is not easy to understand, why a peltier module is no good idea to cool a CPU
    (this set will be able to cool a 20W-TDP-CPU to 50°C, but consumes ~30-35W energy for itself, while the water will be near to 90°C!)
    Values for the calculator:
    1: 68°C
    2: 20W
    3: 90°C
    4: 50°C
    5: makes no difference,
    look for the "TE-127-1.4-1.5" graphs, and try to understand what it shows... ;-)
