Ticket not answered more tham 96 hours after.

    Hi, i'm very dissapointed with dealextreme.
    I made an order more than 1 moth ago. It was divided into three sends, one of them without a track number. I have received the second send but not the first.
    Last Monday i sent a ticket because of this problem but more than 96 hours after the ticket is "waiting for staff"
    Can someone tell me something please?

    There are HUGE delays at the postal services because of all the extra security checks packages are taking a lot longer (6-8 weeks+)than usual and because of that, lots of customers are opening tickets to ask where their packages are.
    I am waiting for a reply to my ticket for a while now too.
    All DX will tell you to do is wait anyway, so there is no point hoping that the reply will be something that will help.

    I understand that can exist a delay with postal service but if i create a ticket and i read "Ticket Service offers a 48 hours (Mon-Fri, business days) turnaround time" and after more than 100 hours i don't have any answer then i become to think that something strange is happening.
    I have bought several times in DealExtreme and it's never happened to me before.
    There several items to buy but in this moment but because of this attitude of DealExtreme i'm not sure about buying it.

    This is when the issue started ~ http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1340664 and after this, that is when DX are struggling to answer tickets as quickly as before, which was well within the time advertised.

    I have a ticket waiting for a reply since Monday and I have several packages that I have been waiting on for the last 2 months, but there is not much I can do other than wait.
    I guess shopping at DX for so long means that I sadly have gotten used to it!
