Bluetooth audio problem

  • jacobsmeyer Wednesday, September 17, 2014 10:55 AM Reply
Bluetooth for a phone call works fine, but when I try to stream music the sound is so low you can barely hear it. This happens on two different headsets and in my car. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

There may be different audio settings for music and phone audio

You are right, music via bluetooth is barely audible, it happens to all the people having this model. Hope DooGee corrects this error.

"Bluetooth – Works properly when sync to our car. Bluetooth calls works fine. But the weird thing is that the Bluetooth audio volume comes across very low. I couldn’t find the setting to adjust that, but there are apps that supposedly can help. I will give it a try later. This issue seems to appear on other brands of androids phone, so it’s not unique to DG310."

Have same problem on both my own and my wife's DG310 phones -- can't hear music over bluetooth even when volume on phone and headphones is maxed out. Have tried Motorola S10-HD, LG HBS-730 headphones and Sony bluetooth speakers. No problems listening on these bluetooth devices with Galaxy tabs. Don't get this phone to listen to music over bluetooth until Doogee resolves problem.

I still did'nt finnd a solution for this. Some apps deal with hearing music, at least increase a bit the sound level via BT (PowerAmp, i.e) , but not a good solution, as only music can be solved, not video nor system audio, and they are not free. It's a important issue, mp3 player and internet radio cannot be used via Bluetooth! Please, ask DooGee for solving this problem!!
