    Hello DX,

    my order is stuck on Payment confirmed

    and my other order i cannot track?

    and this is the stuck order 141204135038138831

    i need it before christmas

    So do you mean order 141204135038136019 is shipped, but without tracking number? That is normal with orders valued under $15 and it takes about 20-30 days for you to receive it.

    And about order, 141204135038138831, could you please send me the SKU number(s) of the item(s) you ordered?

    Neither of those numbers seems to be valid…

    Are you sure you have the numbers right?

    As for the other order, it is quite common for the tracking # to show no result for a week or two after shipment. That does not mean the parcel will get to you any faster or slower. If it still hasn’t been scanned after a fortnight, you could ask Live Chat to check on it.

    [edit] There must have been a malfunction with the search bar. Both numbers worked from the above links. I would ask Live Chat to check on the status of that order now.
