Zsun Wi-Fi Memory Stick (16 GB) SKU:322391

    Not only is the Instruction Manual in Chinese, but
    - their website is only in Chinese,
    - the download software (ZSunCloud.exe) is written in Chinese,
    - the folder/file names on the memory stick are in Chinese.
    This makes this product unusable - should be reported to Kassa.
    DX please do something about this.

    Thanks for your reply Vladlenin.
    Maybe I'm naive.
    I expected the product to be made in China (what isn't these days?),
    but I also expected DX to sell international products, made for several language markets - after all, their site
    is multi-language
    Nothing on their (this) site suggested that this was a Chinese-language only product.
    A warning on the site would be the minumum expected.
    Note: this complaint is directed against DX, not against Vladlenin.

    I've contacted the supplier, and i'm waiting for their English manual.
    I will follow it next Monday.

    AAAki: Thanks, this sounds like a bit of progress !
    Please can you ask the supplier for an English version of the software ?
    (Maybe there is a third-party version available; Zsun are not the only vendors of this type of product.)
