EU DIRECT Import Tax & VAT Insurance Service

    @Maggie66, i'm not exactly sure what option should i select when opening a ticket. Should it be 'After Received'? If so, what option should i select then? Because i don't see any option regarding VAT issues. Looking forward to your reply.

    BTW, we suggest you to send your tax ducument by the corresponding email . For example, if you purchase from EUD please send to eu-direct@email.dx.com. Our team will deal with it asap after we get back next Monday.

    Hello,
    I charged Tax/VAT when the package is delivered. please, can you refund it. i have Import Tax & VAT Insurance Service for my order number 151013135011931546. i sent the document to eu-direct mail for 2 days..
