    I sent a request for TAX and VAT Insurance - i made a ticket on 2017/2/24.

    I am still waiting for your reply - status: "WaitForStaff

    I also haven't received any reply to my ticket about reimbursement of import charges since 2017/03/30 - almost 2 months ago! It looks to me like this reimbursement option is a scam to get extra dollars from us customers. If I won't get this reimbursed, I'll never buy from DX again and spread my bad experience through my friends and via public forums.

    1 June update: In just few days after this post, DX immediately offered me reimbursement of import charges, via store credit. I guess such posts to the trick sometimes.

    I have submitted a ticket, for a random thing, because you do not have a ticket system in place for this. 

    Where do I send the receit for the import charges?

    I sent 2 emails about my order to [email protected]

    Both times with a copy of the invoice (i had to pay 34,80 euro tax extra).

    I haven't received any answer, acknowledgement or read receipt at all.

    I bought the Import Tax & VAT Insurance. Now it's up to dealextreme to show this option works/functions or not.

    Dealextreme should REALLY make clear somewhere how to use or make clear how the procedure is when a customer is hit with extra import tax. Try to find a clear chapter about it in the FAQ or something. You can't.

    I sent this email to EU Direct ten days ago for the second time, but I didn't get any respond. What is goiing on?

    Last monday (six days ago) I received my new Lenovo Vibe P2 Phone.

    I am very pleased with it and wrote already a very positive review at your site.

    I could get it from the post office, I had to pay € 49,59 Taxes and
    Vat, so I would ask you to get back the part of this money ( $ 40,--) as
    described in your "Import Tax & VAT Insurance" I paid for.

    I don't know if email is the right procedure, but I could not find any other way to contact you about this.

    I made scan's of the receips and attached them at this email.

    You may give it back as a store credit, no problem, I am a good and satisfied customer of you, so I'll buy new things from it.

    You have to open a ticket at the site of DX.com.

    It doesn't care what ticket you use, just ask for a refund and send it with the ordernr, invoice article and foto of the invoice of the vat/tax you payed at customs. Whitin a few days they will respons and pay the refund.

    I got charged Tax/VAT when the package is delivered. please, can you refund it. i have Import Tax & VAT Insurance Service for my order number 180209001069602976. i did sent the document to [email protected] 7days ago and didn't recieve any update.
