EQ settings issue Joyous J-8613MX 7" SKU: 234930

    The EQ settings for the radio are lost whenever power off or change to DVD or GPS, even the EQ frequency bars are showing that they are ok. When I am touching one frequency bar from EQ screen the sound comes back to normal (as set). Is there any firmware update or fix for that? Thank you.

    Sorry to the late reply.
    We have a file package to update. You just need to unzip the file, and copy the files inside to the root directory of the SD card, then put this card into the GPS card slot. After that you open the radio, the system would upgrade automatically.

    Can you offer me your email? We send the zip file to your email.
