Half remote dead

    The righ 2 rows of my remote do nothing.

    Is there anything that i can do before opening a ticket?

    As for the item 306576 in your order 150306001078916742,I checked our previous staff has saved full amount store credit as compensation.
    Now our supplier confirmed that we can reship you a new remote.
    How about we cancelling store credit compensation and reship you a new remote?
    Pls confirm.

    Sure, but as long as it's tested before shipping it, please. I'd hate to wait 1 more month to get the same trouble or worst.
