SKU 227036 CATALES Arduino Expansion Board Clock

Hi all, I have an arduino clone:
    http://www.dx.com/p/dccduino-atmega328-development-board-for-arduino-uno-r3-blue-340374
and an ethernet shield stacked on top of it:
    http://www.dx.com/p/ethernet-shield-with-wiznet-w5100-ethernet-chip-tf-slot-for-arduino-383470

I would like to buy this, and stack it on top of the ethernet shield:

    But I have two concerns:
    1) are the pins long enough to stack into the ethernet shield headers (considering the height of the RJ45 socket) ?
    2) the CATALES shield says it occupies 10 pins. I'm a beginner, so: will this work in conjunction with the ethernet shield, or will they interfere with each other? Can I use both of them in a sketch? Is there anything in particular I should do in a sketch to use them at the same time?

    thank you
