BAD BAD BAD service of DX.com

    I paid for 4 of the order, the money came to the site DX, but three days is not confirmed
    I decided to buy from another seller and canceled the order on the site, but the money is not returned
    support hotline does not work 3 days, my requests are not treated, How much will it continue?
    I have a year to buy goods online, but did not expect such deception
    Now I'm going to tell everyone that the Chinese online stores are dangerous!

    Stop spamming.

    You just made your orders at the weekend and then you cancel them almost straight away and then expect a refund to appear already!
    DX dont work at the weekend, please try and use some common sense and stop it with the "DX hates the Russians"!
    Cancel your orders from your account and you will get refunded within a week or two, depending how you paid.

    Why you have not specified on the site does not work on weekends?
    I canceled orders yesterday, described the problem in tickets, as recommended by service, but there is no reaction.
    Your hot line was not working all the time and I could not find that with my orders.
    Some site services do not work and displays an error message server.
    In forrume many reports that recently Russian deceive buyers.
    How should I respond to this kind of work the store?
    And this after a year I buy your products and on weekends there was no problems with the response to my requests.
    Before my payment is confirmed by an hour or two, but this time I waited two days. For me the sum of these orders is not small, because I worry about the transfer of money, the more that is removed each time additional fee, you promise not to take it, but every time I take.
    I am a buyer, not a seller.

    Dragon Boating Festival - that is the reason for the lack of service these days.
    That I was able to find out from the head office of DX.
    Online ads need to hang, they say, "Does not work!", and nothing to rave about the wait and hung money.
    Online chat is working today and promised to make all orders, check ...

    Sorry. due to Dragon Boat Festival, from June 20th to June 22nd,we were on holiday.
    Therefore,the handling time for new orders is delayed.
    I'll have my maternity leave from next week(my baby will be born in a mo
    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.

    I created the tickets on the problem but they have no one responds the second day
    On-line Today promised to refund (because of what is already lost and I doubt that I wanted to order something)
    created new tickets for the cancellation of orders and refunds
    Something to me it's not quite like ...

    Very strange that the money received in my account at my bank, they are not written off and locked, and all because the payment is not confirmed from DX.
    Today's line from my order:
    6/20/2015 4:43:40 AM Payment Received Your payment has been received , it's awaiting verification.
    About what?
    What awaiting?
    If DX checks paid goods upon payment, it is now stealing and cheating, and more!
    Admit it DX bug when you sell a product that no longer exists and all just to lure money from fools like me.
    Already there was a precedent, when I paid the details that suddenly disappeared from the market, and I was waiting for a refund, in this operation, I suffered losses.
