Doogee DG800 dual sim problem

  • J0hn79 Monday, August 17, 2015 10:31 PM Reply
    Hi,

    I have a question about the Doogee DG800.
    I waited for it a long time.. this not only because the delivery time is long, but also because border patrol took the package and decided that there must be paid extra tax over the item.

    But that isn't the thing why i write..

    The phone has a dual sim sloth, but the first sim sloth doesnt seem to work.
    The first one goes in sideways and the second one goes in straight, but the first just don't seem to work.
    Anyone any ideas how to solve it?

    1、We recommend that you try to use other SIM card, check if the card problems;
    2、If the phone had been set some function,please restore the factory settings,see if it is available;
    3、There may be loose slot, we need to repair.
    Thanks
