Tax Insurance failed even thoug I checked the box!

    Hi

    I ordered two separate orders and in both order I chacked Tax Insurrance.
    After reading this forum, I found out that someone did the same but in his orders the Insurance Fee was $0.
    So I checked my orders and found out that my Insurance Fee was also $0 on both my orders.
    What is going on here? Why didnt the system register that I checked the Insurance?

    This is not the first time this has been brought up, this needs fixed ASAP.
    Also, please make sure the insurance is added to fusand's orders.

    Your insurance fee is $0 means that you didn't buy the tax insurance sucessfully.

    Hi Maggie

    I purchased both orders from EU Direct, eud.dx.com.
    Like I say in the first post, I marked the TAX Insurance checkbox to buy Insurance. Later I found out that the Insurance fee was $0 in my orders. So I assume that the insurance didnt get through the system somehow even though I checked it.

    Are you marked the tax insurance when you chenout? If not so maybe it's the reason you failed to purchase the insurance. Pls make sure to buy the tax insurance as follow:

    You need to start reading the replies in the threads you post in, and stop telling the customer they didn't do something when they say they did, several times!

    I will say AGAIN, this is not the first customer who has brought this up. Please contact IT and get them to look into it.
    And YOU need to add the insurance onto these 2 orders before they ship.

    Oh,I am sorry for being late to reply as I was on holiday for over one week.
