Tickets give 500 error

    I have been trying to open a ticket to change my unshipped order, but the forms give a 500 error. I have tried using the Cancel Order and Change Order forms a few times and got this error. I suspect it might be because the order was placed through DXSoul.

    It is important for me to be able to change the order, and I haven't been able to contact DX about it which worries me. But at least I can report the software bug here in the hopes of it getting fixed or my issue noticed.

    There is certainly a bug with the tickets at the moment and staff know about it.
    I'll contact a staff member and see if they can help, @Happyvicky.

    It is order # 150912133027126278, where I want to remove SKU 901363561 and add sku.901254064 instead. (I made a mistake adding a 220V item when I need a 110V)

    Yesterday there was ever an error in our system.
    As for order,I have replaced 901363561 with 901254064. We will arrange another new order 150916133027192525 to ship your item 901254064. The price difference is 1.61USD.
    Could you please firstly repay it?

    Ok, thanks for getting the rest of the order shipped out anyway. Can you check on the refund again? I got $3.22 (the amount of the original removed item) instead of $4.83.
