Cant create RMA - Order number is incorrect!

    Hi, I am experiencing a problem creating an RMA for a Dead On Arrival item that i received today.
    Tried copy/paste several times (And yes, i made sure that there were no leading/trailing spaces or other characters.)
    The system keeps telling me that the order number is incorrect.

    The error seems to be fixed now. I just closed your previous order-status-checking ticket#B094CF8956454B88BB09123A569E6D89 and now re-submit a new ticket#AB99A083154E42E496B81748D6EA67C0 for this defective item.
    PS:you can not open a new ticket if you have an old ticket which hasn't been closed yet.
    I'll have my maternity leave from next week(my baby will be born in a mo
    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.
