If you mean the link for tracking your order isn't working, enter your tracking # here. vv

The entire country of China has been on holiday for the past week. I've been waiting 9 days for a tracking # to start working. It'll probably take a few more days for things to get back to normal, and the tracking #s to start updating.

Sorry, the english is not my mother tale , i use one translator :(

I read on the site that for Belgium, there n was no possibility of traceability of command(order) for Belgium, Germany and Holland. and I am from Belgium.
It for that is that the link of follow-up of command(order) does not work?

    thank for your understanding

17 track should be able to track packages to any country.

Are the last 2 letters of your tracking # NL? Are you copying/pasting the # when you enter it? If you don't type the number exactly, you'll just get "Not Found".

edit - Also, try clicking the "Re-track" button after you track it. Sometimes that will make it update.
