Broken item and no solution

    I received an broken touchscreen and open one ticket (nr. F69BC632D19943C698D4681BB908CEE6).


    After 2 weeks of messages (one reply per day and no weekend) no solution for my problem!


    What is DX’s satisfaction guarantee? They are joking with us DONT BUY ANYTHING from THERE!

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have thousands of tickets everyday and ticket staff don't work at night.

    Sometimes they can just reply customers for a round both in follow-ups and new-coming tickets.

    I checked your ticket case. Could you pls confirm whether there is any cheaper way to ship item back to MIDDLESEX?

    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.
