Product has changed

    DX, why do you keep changing products without telling us?


    The original product as shown in the photographs has a connector 12.3 mm diameter with a cable 4.2 mm diameter.


    The new product is huge in comparison. The connector is a whopping 21.1 mm diameter and the cable is 6.1 mm diameter. It is NOT compatible with the old one and is so different it should have been given a different SKU number.


    This editing window has a black rectangle in it that won't go away. Stupid editor. Edit - the black rectangle thankfully didn't survive posting to the forum.

    This is what DX seems to do these days – change products. I'm not going to be plugging these into each other any time soon.

    Redesigning products without giving them new SKUs is why the General Motors ignition switch enginers got fired. So when can we expect the heads to roll at DX? LOL Just kidding.

    What's up with the scrubbed LED driver IC markings?
    What are they trying to hide?
