Compliment for Customer Service

    To Customer Service

    Dear Lisa,


    For a while I had to deal with a couple of issues around some items but most of them are sorted now since I got the great help from Lisa from customer service. She offered great help and managed to re-send me new replacement items.


    We all might have different opinions about service, but I gave her 10 star rating, and a compliment, because I think Lisa knows and understands what Service with a Smile means!

    Today I have received a product which was re-send by her and speeded up in the post service.

    Can I have Lisa to handle my tickets instead of Lily and Crystal whom have both lied to me in my tickets?
