Another changed product

    Packing List1 x Anti-slip headband


    The headband I received (order number 160112001057622301) does not have the anti-slip lines clearly shown in all DX's product photos.


    I opened a ticket, 8F75E018874F40AAB5D2E0C8BFB46599, and pointed out the product is not the one listed. More than three weeks later, the reply I received:


    We checked that received is the correct product. The silicone anti-slip lines is not with the headband, it's just help to take photo about this product. And also, the product has no brand.


    That's absolute rubbish. The product I received is not the one I ordered. @Happyvicky I'll accept a full refund or a reshipment of the correct product.


    And you need to fix the stupid new forum interface. The product photo I posted above showing the anti-slip lines has vanished.

    At least your's is spelled right. Mine is not anti-slip either. And it's spelled HEALIGHT, missing the D.

    What's up with the scrubbed LED driver IC markings?
    What are they trying to hide?

    It's been a few years since I bought it. Now that I think about it, I think it was a different SKU.

    What's up with the scrubbed LED driver IC markings?

    It's more than a week later and still no further action. I opened my ticket on 3 February. This is too long for a reputable company to take to sort out a simple problem. I was sent the wrong product.


    I'd like this sorted out quickly @Happyvicky.
