Another changed product

    Why am I not surprised?  I can understand why you're feeling scammed by this.  The description promised 'A', they deliver 'B', but you needed 'A'.  How hard is that for CSE to understand?  They contradict themselves, a month and a half is way too long for this type of ticket to be unresolved.  The process takes a long time because they just respond with meaningless replies, so they don't have to do extra work to fix problems.

    Voriki, I'm feeling frustrated rather than scammed. It's taking too long to sort out for something that's so obviously wrong, and it's an insult to tell me the incorrect item they sent "is the correct product" when it's so obviously wrong.


    It's also frustrating because I have two other changed products taking a long time to sort out. The replacement for one has just arrived but is still wrong - http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1445834. For the other I've just received an email telling me the alternate LED driver I bought (when the original turned out to be quite different to how it was described) is out of stock. The email recommended another LED driver but it works in a completely different way.


    Not having a functioning spell checker in the Stupid New Forum Interface is also very frustrating.

    That is not acceptable. I bought the items listed by DX specifically because it has the anti-slip lines. The item I was sent is not the item I bought.

    The item you bought was an old version,which has been sold out before we ship this item.We admitted that it is not the item you bought,but the item you got is still useful,only has a tiny difference.

    @Happyvicky I bought it because of the anti-slip lines. I would not have bought it if it was going to be like it is because it is worse than the one I am using. The anti-slip lines are the main point of difference and the reason to buy this headband instead of any other.


    You are asking me to make the concession, because DX sent me an incorrect item.


    I see I actually spent $2.10 on it, plus a $1 gift card. How about $2.10 Store Credit and you can keep the gift card?


    It is good it is now marked Sold Out.
