The new ICAO rules prohibit the transport  Li-on batteries only,

why you can not shipping other permitted categories

/for ex. -Ni-Mh…/ - and other absolutely safe?

    I'm sorry your money

The refund has already been applied.

7395165245 is shipped by DHL. It has been delivered April 05, 2016. It should be another package?

I checked the ICAO documents. They specifically mention Lithium-Ion (including Lithium-Polymer) batteries.

No other batteries are mentioned - i.e. all these other batteries are still allowed to be shipped by passenger aircraft:

Lithium primary cells (including coin CR type)

    Zinc-air (hearing aid)

All these other batteries can still be shipped, so somebody is being over-cautious or not doing their job properly - DX, customs, carriers?

    Hi all

We are sorry that the batteries still can’t be shipped to some of the countries.

It is according to the carrier’s instructions and requirements that we define the batteries (SKU) that can’t be shipped. To prevent any incidents from happening on airlines, the airline safety regulation is becoming stricter and stricter. They will not really distinguish the batteries according to their ingredients.

    We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, this regulation's sucks. Here are the papers:

I think DX need to put a little effort into remove batteries from products who has them included. But logically this is a REALLY huge effort since they need to pick each package, so, basically we are screwed.

Hi, we usually order 18650's in bulk for some of our products, our supplier simply ships by land not air...

Sku.93529 is not pure power product. We suggest you make a new order. Thanks.
