    Mi mandi  subito i miei soldi prelevati da voi illegittimamente altrimenti la
    denuncio alle autorità italiane e non solo anche quelle del vostro paese. Il
    vostro comportamento e truffaldino perciò rimetta i soldi da dove li ha
    prelevato al più presto possdibile. il vostro oggetto:  (160524001097048135)   non mi interessa più! Mi mandi  subito i miei soldi prelevati da voi illeggittimamente altrimenti la
    denuncio alle autorità italiane e non solo anche quelle del vostro paese. Il
    vostro comportamento e truffaldino perciò rimetta i soldi da dove LI ha
    prelevato al più presto il vostro oggetto non mi interessa più!

    I now send my money taken from you illeggittimamente otherwise sue the Italian authorities and not just even those of your country . Your behavior. and fraudulent therefore remit the money from where LI has withdrawn as soon possdibile your subject : No. 160524001097048135 ... I do not care anymore!     Ernesto, this is not the place. This is a customer forum and you need
    to write to them in a Customer Service ticket:  https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Index.

    Whether trying to communicate on the
    forum to other customers, or to DX in a ticket, you need to translate
    to English. Your second post (above) was apparently intended to be
    English. It cannot be understood by English, let alone Chinese with
    English as a second language.

    For Google Translate to work, you need
    to use very accurate grammar and spelling when you write your
    original message in Italian. Avoid slang and use simple common

    Moderators and others here on the forum
    often can help with problems regarding orders, claims etc. If you
    want help, state the dates and details of all events. Keep it simple
    and polite.

    Sorry to hear this. There must be some misunderstanding.

    We charged your order on 5/25/2016 3:20:33 PM and arranged shipment on 6/3/2016 2:55:32 PM.

    It was shipped by NL post, which left our warehouse on Jun.3rd and now it is sent to Holland but not yet arrived there. 

    Normally, it will be transitted from Netherlands to your country when it arrives at transitting point.

    You can track it on http://www.17track.net/ or http://www.postnl.post/ for further details in a few days.
