Still haven't received my order

    Hello,

    I ordered a Caline CP-05 Power Supply for my pedal board
    on May 9th and today 23rd June I still haven't received it. In fact,
    the last tracking information about my order dates from May 13th and
    since that day, no more tracking information was given to me. It's been
    more that a month and a half ago today since I made my order and I know
    nothing about it. I don't know where is it, I don't know when will it
    arrive...NOTHING.

    In addition, there's no way to contact DX. I've
    called the cuestomer service by phone when the Phone Lines were open
    (from 9:00 to 18:00 Hong Kong time) and didn't get a single answer in 15
    minutes attempting to be answered, calling again and again. Also, the
    Live Chat is never available and the Ticket Service doesn't seem to be
    useful, which I tried too.

    In fact, my product was an MVP product
    and I still don't see the advantage of that, because after more than a
    month and a half waiting for it, as I said, it hasn't arrived home and I
    don't even know where is it. IT'S 45 DAYS TODAY SINCE I ORDERED IT!

    So please DX, I want to know where is my order, when will it arrive and why is it taking so much time to get to my house.

    Otherwise,
    I want my money back. If there's no way for the order to arrive to my
    place, no problem! Just give me my money back and I will buy it in
    another website that takes order shipping more seriously.

    What does it say in your account?

    What is the tracking number?


    The ticket service works fine, DX can take a few days before they answer though.
