Bright colored spots on image after three months o

  • mrmuzzio Thursday, June 30, 2016 1:59 AM Reply

Hello, I've got a ANT QF605 camera and I'm using the Yoosee android app.

I began to use it in February. The last week the camera started to trigger the motion alarm frequently, without real motion present.

When I looked at the pictures that are attached to the alarm mails and the Yoosee app, I saw that the colors are wrong for the brightest areas of the image. The problem repeats when there is no light in the room. Allways the brightest part of the image show wrong colors. If I move the camera, the affected area also moves, to the brightest part of the picture.

I'd like to know if the camera has broken and if there is something I can do to make it work again. I've already tried another power adapter, with the same rating (volts and amps) but the problem persists. I've also swaped the SD card and the USB cable with no results.

I've tried also rotating the camera and the problem stays.

I'm attaching a sample photo in wich you can see the problem.

Any help would be great, thanks !!!
