    You need to send the ticket once only and wait for a reply. It is usually answered within 48 hours but can take longer in busy periods. By sending another ticket, it cancels the previous one and you go back to the wrong end of the queue.

    Sorry for the inconvenience there caused.

    Actually we checked all your ticket records, but we found many many flaws about your tax invoices' screenshots. 

    1. Frankly speaking, we never met such circumstances that for each order of customers would be detained and tariffed by their custom.

    2. For orders not yet processed as below:

    all dates on your tax invoices are on the day of Jun.2nd, however,your orders were all shipped from around Jun.30th. or July 3rd. Why?


    3. Those invoices are all the same, only except for the tracking code. Besides, there are no stamps of your local custom.


    4. The tax amount of each package is so close, which is around 36EUR. Why such a coincidence?


    I'll list some examples here, could you please explain why?

    Firstly, sorry,I think I must explain to you. In our company, different positions are responsible for different tasks. I am the staff who is handling forum issues.

    Due to the contents and tax invoices in each of your tickets are almost the same(only the order number is different), we've replied you in one ticket#249BB0F19C3D490788A2FF081ECB2D26.Please kindly check it and answer us a.s.a.p.

    Pretty sure this must be "2/7" instead of "2/6".

    Secondly, We did read all your tickets for the above orders,you posted all the same contents like below:

    Hello I received some packages I ordered from DealExtreme.com. I had to pay import TAX an almost all of them. These were 10+ packages. Do I have to open a ticket for all of them to get back the import tax? If yes, I go ahead. This ticket is to receive the import TAX back I have paid this morning to my postman. In attachment you can see a scan of the invoice that was included with the package. You can refund me in store credit please. I know maximum compensation is $40, that's equal to ~36.05 EUR. Can you let me know if you have refunded this to me? Please go ahead. Kind regards Cédric Deryckere


    Even if the date should have been "2/7",it's also a flaw, as some of your packages are just shipped on "3/7".


    Lastly, the above invoice of parcel "RP421165757SG" is only for order 160617001057638418. We can handle this one, but from the invoice,we are unable to see where is the amount?

    Could you please offer us with a more clear invoice?

    We made a further check on your order 160617001057638418(tracking number RP421165757SG). There are many problems and flaws we found as below:

    On 6/25/2016, you filed a ticket case#021F876C959444E5BE74B4107DF28E49 and requested us to refund you tax. On that day, you uploaded the tax like below:

    However, after our staff saved tax amount as store credit into your DX account,we found you filed another ticket case#294F8B611379435FB0F4A9BD52F2EF65 for the same order 160617001057638418 on 7/7/2016. The strange thing is that you uploaded invoice as below:

    The date and the amount for above order are both different.

    And then today, you uploaded the third tax invoice for same order 160617001057638418(RP421165757SG), the date is different,too.

    This is really strange.

    Hello


    You're mixing things up. The paper I uploaded is not a import tax invoice. It's a letter I got sent from bpost to ask if the products and price DX.com mentions on the package is really in the package. I have to fill in the goods and the price of the goods. 


    Before getting this letter, I already got a estimated tax invoice per e-mail and the effective tax invoice glued to my package. I must have sent them double to you, the estimated and the effective tax invoice look very similar but not the same as you posted. I would think this is stragen if I didn't know the Belgian postal system, haha. I have so much tax invoices laying here around that I must have sent one double, sorry for that. And yes, the date is different because I got the estimated tax amount earlier than the effective one. And on the effective one they mention '2/6' instead of '2/7'.


    Please contact bpost if you have any questions.

    I'm just asking to get the import tax I paid back.


    Hope you can help me now.

    This is all very fishy. Why would they send you a tax estimate on 2/6 (or 2/7) for a package that was only shipped on 3/7? Are they prophets? How did they know what the tracking number would be?
