Doogee S1 watch, keeps restarting

    Hi,


    I bought a Doogee S1 watch.


    It is a great looking watch, but it is only restarting :-(


    I hope that someone can help me to fix this!


    The watch only shows the Doogee logo and after 10-20 seconds it restarts.


    It doesn't matter witch button I push.


    Please tell me how to get this watch to work.

    Sorry for the mess.

    We have to forward your question to our suppliers to confirm if it gets defective or there is any other way to correct it.

    Hi Maye_Tao,


    I think the pc will regonize the watch, when I have the proper button combination to put the watch in recovery mode.


    The watch has 2 buttons and I know now, that I can choose "recovery mode" or "factory mode", after that you have to choose "Home" or "Power"  but I do not know how to confirm one of them?!


    If I know that I can try further to get it reinstalled again with your earlier sent link.


    Hope you  can help me to get the watch in the recovery mode.

    Ps the pc 'sees'  the watch, but before the drivers are installed, the watch restarts, becuase I do not know how to choose one of the options (I tried a lot :--))

    Hi,

    any chance, that I can start using my watch after more then 6 months waiting and mailing?


    I hope you can help soon, or at least sent me a proper watch.


    Please look at the order history on my address, I orderded a lot of Doogee products!
