Rear Camera water proof?

I just received the dual camera, I wonder if the rear camera is install outside the license plate or inside? Is it water proof? Thanks.

It is installed outside the license plate. Yes,it's waterproof.

Yes. You need to conntect it with positive and negative cable first.
