Insurance fee can't contact [email protected]

    Hi,

    I had my package hold in customs. Last week I finally received it and paid 31,58 euros in taxes.

    I sent an email to [email protected] to proceed with getting the money back since I purchased the insurance fee.


    Then 3 days after I sent the email I get an automatic email that says "Your message to <[email protected]> was automatically rejected:
    Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)" it came from "Mail Delivery Subsystem <[email protected]>" .


    So, is this the right email address? My order number is 160605135065685265.

    You need to use a ticket, DX dont use email - https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Delay
