Android app order not showing

    Dear Sir/ Madam,


    I installed the HD android app. After logging in cannot see my recently ordered item. However, it is showing in my internet account. Furthermore my purchase is in pre-advised state for a few days now. What does this mean and can you please confirm shipment?
