I have a 12xT6 Cree XM-L T6  5 Mode  15000 Lm  Flashlight. It takes 4 LC 18650  2400mAh  3.7v batteries and the circuit board size is 1and1/8 by 1and1/8in. Can someone help me in finding the right circuit board? Thank You

What is the series/parallel configuration of the battery? Most of these 12X LED 6 cell lights appear to have the cells in 2S3P configuration, but you need to confirm this.

What is the series/parallel configuration of the LEDs?

What happened to the original driver? I doubt you'll find a replacement driver here on DX, so you may need to repair the original.

What's up with the scrubbed LED driver IC markings?
What are they trying to hide?

Maybe it's one of the Sky Ray King clones like sku.448966?

NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

Let me correct what i have. It's a LT-BG T6 Rechargeable 5 Mode 15XCree XML-T6 (15000LM)Flashlight. I bought it from  2 years ago. I used it 4 or 5 times and the next time i turned it on it only had high mode and shut off after 5 seconds. It did that a few times and stoped working alltogether. I took it apart and one of the black things on the circuit board is broke. The # on it, whats left is 78L and maybe OS. There is another one # ATMEL218  24CO2  SU27. Also a bigger one #35N03  79B8F Or E and a small one with no #. Also 2 things with OIC or DIC wiht R1 AND R2 stamped on the board next to them and2 fuse looking things with C1 and C2 next to them. The LEDs are 3 in the middle with 12 circled around them if thats what you meant. I'm not sure what you mean with the batteries.

Is it like sku.355456 or is it like sku.448966?

Also, mentioning other sites is not allowed. Use the pencil icon (lower right corner) to edit/remove it please.

Review of the light over at BLF:

One guy stated that this is the driver:

The nearest equivalent on DX is sku.50025. I believe it has the same diameter (26mm), but it is considerably higher (26mm vs 13mm) because it uses a riser board.

Can you post some photos of the driver from various angles?

    [edit]

I should have read through to the end! The last post by ImA4Wheelr states his uses a boost driver (which sku.50025 is NOT), and the LEDs are wired 5S3P. So the designs are subject to change. You'll need to post a photo of your driver so I can figure out which type you have.

Oh boy, this is yet another driver, and it's neither buck nor boost because there is no inductor. It looks like a simple PWM driver. That raises further questions, becuase normally PWM drivers should have the number of series cells equal to the number of series LEDs. But that is impossible with 4 cells and 15 LEDs. You can't divide 15 evenly by 4. So I wonder how the LEDs are wired. Could you disassemble the head and make out the wiring on the LEDs?
