    Estou novamente entrando em contato com você pois agora a pouco recebi retorno dos Correios, referente ao protocolo de reclamação que estava em aberto: Segue a resposta deles: Caro Cliente, Os dados do destinatário informado no invólucro (envelope, caixa ou pacote) do objeto estão divergentes aos apresentados nesta manifestação. Gentileza entrar em contato com o remetente para verificação do código correto da encomenda. Ou seja, vocês que erraram e colocaram o Destinatário Auromir S. Valdevino e para outro endereço, este rastreio informado não é meu. Peço que informem o rastreio correto para mim, caso não tenham enviado ainda que enviam o mais rápido possivel, pois estou a quase 2 meses sem o produto (comprei no dia 14/10). Aguardo teu retorno com o número do rastreio correto e que seja para meu nome e meu endereço. Em anexo, segue a resposta dos correios do Brasil para verificação. Obrigado e aguardo urgentemente a correção do erro de vocês! Esse ticket está em aberto e lá no ticket anexei o retorno por e-mail dos correios. Aguardo retorno.

    RE403970115SE is the correct tracking number. We got a reply from post office.


    Dear customer,The customs has taxed your shipment and it is awaiting for withdrawal at the post office:AC SHOPPING CENter NORTE Address: RGALATEA, 1518 - Carandiru Sao Paulo / SP. The addressee must pay the tax rates to receive it. Thank you in advance.

    EU SEI QUE O PRODUTO FOI TAXADO, EU SEI DISSO! eu vou pagar a taxa, você não está entendendo o meu questionamento! O meu questionamento é que este rastreio foi para São Paulo e não na minha cidade que é Porto Alegre - Bairro Sarandi, peço que olhe para o outro rastreio de outra compra que eu fiz na DX, referente a capa e pelicula, eu recebi corretamente, chegou até minha cidade, vocês estão omitindo/ocultando um erro de vocês. Eu já liguei para essa Agência dos Correios em São Paulo onde está parado o produto desde o dia 14/11 e eles me informaram que no pacote foi endereçado para São Paulo e no nome de AUROMIR S. VALDEVINO. Estou cansado de contatar vocês e não ter solução para meu problema. Se este rastreio realmente for meu, peço que entrem em contatos com os correios para encaminharem para a agência mais próxima do meu local para eu retirar o produto e pagar a taxa. Ficou claro ? Se não for resolvido este problema irei acionar vocês judicialmente, é um absurdo eu estar quase 2 meses sem o produto e vocês não resolverem NADA!!!

If this tracking really is mine, I ask that they contact the post office to send me to the branch nearest to my location so that I can withdraw the product and pay the fee. It was clear ? If this problem is not solved I will appeal to you judicially, it is absurd to be almost 2 months without the product and you do not solve NOTHING !!!

    The post office informed us that the package was not sent to a wrong addressee. It was just taxed at São Paulo. Could you please try to contact your customs and pay for tax? Then the package should be sent to your address.

    I do not believe in your return. Do you want me to move 1,100kms from the place where I requested the delivery of the product to go to São Paulo, at this agency pay the fee and withdraw the product? Being that the delivery was to PORTO ALEGRE and according to information of the post office, this package was destined for AUROMIR S. VALDEVINO with address for the state of São Paulo, therefore the package followed the flow of delivery near the address indicated in the package! It's absurd that you are still DENYING the mistake and I wasting time coming in with you guys to solve the problem, but okay, the next one to contact you will be justice! I never buy from this site again. Terrible shopping experience.
