Shipping within 24HRS on 'Black Friday' action

    I have made an order with full payment which consists of two items from 'Black Friday' zone on 16.11.2016.

    How did these items happened to be "on backorder from the manufacturer" for more than a week?!

    I expected to see the order shipped withing 24hrs as it still announced in banner on top of main dx.com page.

    Probably because you weren't the only person to order them!

    that is very weak explanation.

    I repeat that I have ordered just the items from special action, and, there's still 'Shipping within 24hrs' big sign hanging on the top making it intentional lie for more than a week.

    I have no complaints when it happens to wholsite-items, but this situation is very different, don't you think?

    They are not MVP products. And you choose "FillAll" shipping policy. Your orders were delayed because 342377 368388 were not available. We have restocked them. They will be ready for shipment very soon. Hope you can understand.
