Update on Shipping and Tax Insurance Polices

    Dear valued customers.


    We would like to give an update on our Shipping and Import Tax & VAT Insurance Policies of DX.com (not including any affiliated sites), which will be effective from Jan 1st, 2017 8:00 AM(UTC+8).


    Shipping Policy:

    The value of orders to get free tracking will change from US$15 or more to US$20 or more.

    And the value of its partial shipments to get free tracking will change from over US$6 to over US$8.


    Import Tax & VAT Insurance Policy:

    The Import Tax & VAT Insurance fee will change from US$1.5 to US$2.0.

    I placed an order to be delivered in Melbourne AUS from your site.Order number is 161230132029688710.Now I can see a tracking number 0000015094157 against the order,which takes me to TOLL courier site and the number is invalid.I spoke with your online chat service and also posted in your FB page,both cases got a reply that this is not the actual tracking number.This is very surprising as you are announcing changes in your shipping policy w.r.to tracking,when the reality is the tracking itself is an eyewash.The shipment is already in transit as per your customer support but there is valid tracking number yet.I spoke with the TOLL courier guys in AUS,and they dont have a clue.

    On 05/01/2017 make a purchase with order number 170104001036034433 , for Spain But  I have not received my tracking number and I do not know if it has  already been sent or not, I have been contacted several times by My  ticket several times but they do not respond.
    Any solution to my problem?
