Decision to merge with Volumerate was a mistake. The entire site is now useless. You can't find your orders, because it will claim that there is "no data".
There is a package I am waiting, but I can't check on it anymore because of this. Support is also down.
The order was placed on 12/26/2016. It has not yet arrived, and thanks to this mess, I can't check its situation.

can second that, since you replaced eud.dx.com with volumerate.com, i can't check the status of my orders (neither on dx.com (redirects to volumerate), nor on volumerate.com ("order not found"))

Glad to hear that at least one of the packages is heading to destination country... I just wonder which, since the order was split into two different packages.
