PROBLEMAS!!!! NÃO RECEBI MEU PEDIDO

    Por Favor, peço que me reenvie o meu pedido - meus celulares, pois não recebi ainda. Olhei no codigo de rastreio :RP427294882SG 

    29/10/2016 14:58  CINGAPURA / Objeto encaminhado 
    de País em CINGAPURA / para País em BRASIL / BR

    ou seja até hoje não recebi meu pedido.

    Respeitando a politica da empresa DX peço que reenvie meu pedido.

    Meu pedido nem entrou no meu País, quero meus celulares ou meu dinheiro de volta.

    The item was shipped via Singapore Post and did in fact arrive in Brasil and was received by Correios. Click on the small green arrow after: Brazil (Correios Brazil) in the most recent event and it reads:
    Normal Tracking
    Your tracking number has tracking information. This may due to several reasons:
    1.    This means that the carrier has accepted your package, and the item has been processed and entered tracking information, please wait patiently. We will update this information if there are any further scanning events available from the carrier.


    It shows however that this information has expired, which possibly means that the parcel has been lost somewhere within the Correios system. (Click on 'Expired' for possible reasons). IF this is one of those rare occasions where this has happened, you will receive full refund or the items re-sent but this can take some time.

    First you have to notify DX, not on the forum but in this Customer Service ticket:

    Por favor, peço o reembolso do valor pago pelos telefones celulares. 

    Valor R $ 538,48 reais.

    Sei que a loja Dx sempre me atendeu muito bem, não tenho reclamações quanto ao atendimento da loja DX pelo contrário.

    Mas peço que me entendam, pois o Brasil cobra R$ 1.501,58 em reais de impostos ou seja muito caro.

    Entendo que não é culpa ou responsabilidade da loja DX peço que me entendam, pois comprei com a loja por ter o melhor preço que eu possa pagar, mais esse valor de imposto é muito caro não posso pagar e por esta razão não tenho condições de ficar com os celulares.

    Por favor, peço o reembolso em dinheiro.

    Eu não quero crédito na loja, eu quero dinheiro de volta.

    Eu sei que pedi o reenvio do meu pedido mais por favor, me entenda...

    a agencia dos correios me cobrou R$ 1501,58 reais de impostos para retirá-los, mas eu não tenho esse dinheiro, ou seja, é muito caro esse valor como impostos.

    Entendo que a DX não tem responsabilidade quanto a isso mais peço a sua compreenção e entenda que eu não tenho esse valor, por isso peço o reembolso em dinheiro do valor que paguei pelos celulares, entendo se tiver que descontar o frete mais não tenho condições financeiras para retirar os celulares na agencia de correio.
