Fake SD card

    Hi DX


    Regarding SKU143049 "SanDisk 32GB SD card".


    My SD card was a fake, which can only contain 8GB data, furthermore the design does not conform. with genuine SanDisk SD cards.


    I have tried to get hold of customer service through RMA, which is still awaiting staff. I have reviewed the product with my real impression, which you have declined (so there must be some staff working).


    So now I am resorting to the forums. Can I get some sort of feedback from you, how you will resolve the situation.

    Reviews of incorrect items are not supposed to be approved. As for this thread...


    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    But when the product is not "incorrect".

    The received SD card is matching what DX sold me, meaning it is printed as a 32GB SanDisk SD card. So the received card is visually matching to the sold product.


    However the on the technical details, it can only contain 8GB, and the product does not conform. with genuine SanDisk SD cards (the design on genuine cards are different from the one DX sells).


    But DX is investigating with their distributor, and we will see what they find.

    I would certainly call that "incorrect" - and a pain to have to sort out. I suggest a thread under the product to explain what you found.

    I ahve the same problen with a 64gb sandisk. I run the H2test test and I only have 12gb available ,ITS A FAKE. customer service is not responding and my reviews to warn other people are not posted. I filled a dispute with PP and that got their attention. They are still "working" on a solution

    It's clearly stated that reviews of faulty products will not be approved. That's what the forum is for, but you haven't made any other posts about the problem and you haven't even said here what the product SKU is.


    When you do work out what the SKU is ...
