    hi i hve pay a mobile 3days after and the oder is payment in poccessing i have pay wth ideal sns bnk my order is :170212001022828934 and ordermail  is ihope you me me help

    Please open a new post. That makes it easier for us all. I keep getting mails now from new people for their payment etc.

    If your problem has been resolved, and you don't want any more emails from this thread, you can click on "My Account" scroll down to "Topic Subscriptions" (on the left side of the page) and un-subscribe from this (or any other) thread.

    and it is also "stuck in payment"

    I reported it via the ticket system but no respons.

    Ticket number:

    the amount is taken of my account so there should be no problem.

    Please some help
