Terrible service, no response at all

    I wonder what is wrong at DX.
    I had an article dead on arrival.
    I made a ticket, got a message to send a picture but that is no use, the product never worked and was new in box.
    I wrote that back and i dont get any response anymore.
    I sent angry messages, no response from DX.
    It is now already 3 weeks i get no response.
    I ordered some more things but i cancelled that, i dont trust them anymore.

    Do more people have problems with Dealextreme?
    There is also no possibility to contact them by chat or so.

    Tickets were backlogged after the CNY holiday, and probably still are.

    can you look at my ticket please! I am not waiting three weeks for this ticket but the other three tickets left unanswered for weeks and this becomes irritating. My ticket number is: ADD937959A064E7491AEDAC7FEC89A48.
