iDeal & Payment Processing

    I've bought a few items (seperately) and paid for them using iDeal .
    The payment for one of the items was confirmed within 30 minutes.
    The other items are still on "Payment Processing"
    It's been 4 days like this and I'm getting worried about my money being lost or me not receiving any items from DX. Usually when I use iDeal the payments get confirmed within minutes after paying.


    I had chat contact and I was told to check the status the following day...  But nothing changed  :(


    It was also suggested that I contact iDeal. I checked their website and read this in de Q&A section:


    The online retailer claims it has not received my payment. What should I do?

    If
    your account balance shows that you have paid, but the online retailer
    says it has not received payment, the online retailer should contact its
    own bank. To do this, it needs the following details:

    the 16-figure iDEAL transaction number listed in your account balance;

    the amount;

    the date/time that you made the payment.

    All of this information together can be found in the description
    field for the relevant payment. The online retailer can use this
    information to make enquiries at its bank.


    I have paid, but how can I be sure that the online retailer has received the payment?

    The online retailer will always receive a message about the status of the payment to enable it to check that the payment has been processed successfully. As soon as it has
    received confirmation, it will issue its own order confirmation.


    I have made a payment, how can I be sure that I have actually paid?

    When you pay using iDEAL, confirmation from your bank will appear on your screen after you have given your approval. The payment will also appear immediately in your account balance in your online banking environment.


    I made screen prints of this confirmations and I have my bank statements to proof I actually paid.


    Can someone please help me and check the DX bankaccount if the payments have been received? PM me if you need the order details

    Just one more question and then I'll get out of your hair...

    2 of the 4 orders that got stuck in the process, have been shipped, the other 2 are still on "Payment Comfirmed"


    Is it safe for me to order other items? I mean is the bug, or whatever  caused the problems I've been having, resolved? Or will I get stuck in the payment process again?

    Please don't worry. All purchases are safe. It's a little problem and we have requested Ideal to deal with it.  Once it is fixed, we will let you know. And most orders are normally processed. For those having problems we will also udpate as soon as possible.

    I think i might have similair problem i ordered a product true the dx webshop and i payed true ideal but i got message a few days later saying the order has been cancelled even though i have payed already i have proof of payment  i tried contacting with the ticket service but i got no clear response i only got an email saying that my order was cancelled and tbat i have to order again (i have to pay double if i order again) and one saying that because of chinese new year response is slower well my question is basically how can i get a refund because it has been over 3 weeks and still no clear answer
