CAN'T TRACK MY ORDER (MORE THAN 10 DAYS)

    I bought the iten more than 10 days ago, and still not possible to track.. I always get the msg..

    "Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later."

    I'm really worryed about it.. Should I cancel the order?

    You cant cancel if it is already on the way!

    Have patience, you will get it, you wont lose any money on DX.

    How can I know for sure if it's really on the way?? 10 days have passed and I can't know where my pack is..

    If DX has given you a tracking number, then they have given it to the postal service, some of which can take quite some time to update the number!

    My advice, don't bother trying to track it, just sit back and wait for it to arrive, knowing where it is wont make it arrive any faster ;)

    Usually it can take 2-6 weeks to arrive, it all depends on the postal services along the way.

    What's most important is when did it SHIP FROM DX? It can sometimes take 7~10 days to start updating, AFTER it's been shipped.


    Also, occasionally things get rejected/returned to DX by China customs, sometimes for (apparently) no reason at all. If that happens, you'll be given a different tracking # and possibly no notice from DX. Check the tracking # once in a while to make sure. 

    ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its
    page. Scroll down and click on "Post a new topic".
