No answer to my tickets

    I have tickets that nearly opened for 1 year. Then i closed them and reopened them. But they still remain unanswered. I contacted with live chat and they told me they will tell the ticket team but no thing ever changed. Why? I am afraid of buying this website again. Customer Care is not helping to me!

    There is currently a backlog of tickets and you may not get a reply for ten days or so but 12 months is ridiculous! I don't think we are hearing the whole story here. If you have a ticket/tickets open now, post the most recent number/s here and they will be attended to.

    If you have a problem with more than one order, you should have just one ticket for each open and wait for a reply. Sending another comment before it is answered deletes the previous one and you go to the back of the queue.

    I have definetly told the whole story here. There is no doubt! I have proofs. I know how to open a dispute or ticket when i need. I know I have to open one ticket for each orders and I have did that. Please KINDLY follow the information below and check if you can. There is no answer still i opened the first ticket.

    You opened four tickets for four separate orders on 2016/08/31 and have not closed them? You have not sent any messages since then regarding those four tickets and say DX have not responded? Have you checked?

    Have a look in: My Account -> My Profile -> My Tickets.

    Yes i know  where will i check ticket but there is no answer since 2016/3/26 no answer to newer tickets either

    This whole story just does not add up. You say you've told the whole story but of course you haven't. Why would you have four orders and have to open tickets for all four? Are we going to find out later that you have opened disputes with PayPal and refused to close them so the matter could be resolved? That is the only other reason I can think of for DX to not respond. You say they have not answered since  2016/03/26 but you don't say what that answer was. Was it something like: "Would you please close the PayPal dispute so we can resolve this matter" or words to that effect?

    IMG_1293.PNGi placed orders different times but only one of them has arrived the rest lost in transit or gone back to seller. So after only one of them came i opened ticket all of them at once. Also i did not used PAYPAL so there is no charge-back or dispute case from anywhere else. I was the friendly one but the DX!  And why are you still blame on me?!?!? I am the aggrieved side.


    There is no more adding to story I AM REPEATING I HAVE TOLD YOU THE WHOLE STORY! WHY ARE YOU STILL SAYING YOU ARE LYING?!?!?!?

    Firstly askilicalp, I am not saying you are lying, I am saying that we are not hearing the full story. It would be impossible for you to pass on the full circumstances in a few short posts. I am saying that with the little information you have passed on so far, there is no way we can understand the cause of the situation. You have for instance still not said what DX's reply was.

    In eight years I have been a customer, I have seen a lot of grievences brought up on the forum, some justifed some not. However, I have never in that time seen DX refuse to answer a ticket. There are times when it can take frustratingly long to solve an issue but that is usually due to lack of understanding by one party or the other... often due to language barrier, but more often because the customer has not understood the correct course of action.

    I don't know if anything can be done about these orders after so long, particularly as none of the four would have been issued a tracking number, correct? This means they would not have been registered mail and therefore no responsibility would be taken by the mail service in either China or your country. Some countries are worse than others but unregistered international mail is known to “go missing” sometimes. The correct procedure here btw, if you wish to insure delivery of of an item of less than US$20 value, is to pay $1.70 per order to register the package at the time of check-out.

    I will try to contact staff member @Maye_Tao to look into the matter and she will probably suggest further discussion via ticket or private message. It is none of our business anyway, but I would like to hear back from you that an amicable agreement had been reached.

    Sorry to hear this.

    We find that you placed many orders which were less than $15. You contacted us and claimed money back for most of them. Is it possible to tell us why you can't receive them? Is there anything wrong with your local post office?
